Corey Dargel’s latest album, Someone Will Take Care of Me, deals with somewhat unusual disturbances in the human psyche with an abundance of empathy and compassion. He joins me on this episode to talk about his process with writing this music and why he is drawn to write the way he does.

Wow! I’m only a few songs into this podcast episode, but I am just AMAZED by the things Corey is touching on! And how he can take such shocking topics and turn them into things that are really simple and thought-provoking.
I am REALLY enjoying becoming a more frequent member of this podcast. More and more I have been searching for new music to listen to — only to realize MikeyPod has already DONE that for me!
