I interviewed The Vegan Mos, Ethan Ciment and Michael Suchman way back in May just as their brilliant NYC Vegan: Iconic Recipes for a Taste of the Big Apple cookbook was released. Well, the tour happened, then more shows happened, and sadly this recording fell into the great podcast abyss.
