I think I messed up once or twice when I first started but I haven’t even really thought about eating meat since those early days! I’ve found that I just have to be honest with friends of mine about selecting a dining out experience that will provide me at least one good vegetarian choice and all is well!

Chef Mark: I need to get caught up to speed on local politiccs! Thanks for letting me know about that.
Eric: i will get there! It looks like I am going to be talking to a vegan bodybuilder, Robert Cheeke, soon. That should get me fired up!
