Will Shishmanian is a fantastic singer/songwriter and one of my guests for the upcoming MikeyPod Live! event that I am producing for the Queerly Festival here in NYC. I just ran across Will’s music recently and am so proud to have him as my guest both at the Queerly Festival and here on the podcast. Will Shishmanian is a singer/songwriter and composer based out of NYC who plays everything from fingerpicking folk to rock to funk and R&B. Shishmanian graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelors in Music Composition. While there he performed his solo music with many talented musicians, composed music for student films, and composed, music directed, and produced an original musical called “The Lesbian Fairytale Musical.” After graduating from IC, Shishmanian moved to Astoria, Queens, where he currently lives and works.
