MikeyPod 281 | Beloved Binge

October 30, 2019 by Michael Harren
Beloved Binge

Eleni and Rob, collectively known as indie pop duo Beloved Binge, combine some of my favorite qualities in an artist: originality, melody, grit, a keen awareness of the world around them, and a passion for making that world a better place with their work. I loved talking with them about their latest album Signals, their veganism, their tour, and how they balance it all together.

In an effort to add more of myself to these podcasts, I’m trying out a new tradition of talking a bit at the end of the show, and this week it’s all about changing thoughts about money, creativity, and abundance. I have been really challenged with this stuff over the past year and I’m kinda getting some momentum in at least shifting my thinking. I’d love to know if any of this resonates with you!

Follow the band on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.

About Michael Harren

Brooklyn-based composer and performer Michael Harren combines elements of classical composition with experimental electronics and storytelling to create hypnotic and boldly intimate work that walks the line between Laurie Anderson, Peter Gabriel and Dead Can Dance.
